Deposit is $140 and non-refundable. Automatic payments will be set up and charged until trip is paid in full. If you prefer to pay off your balance early, please reach out directly!

 IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Although we welcome travelers of many ages, all travelers must be 21 by time of departure to join Ariel Rose International Trips.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The $140 is non-refundable.

​

You can cancel your trip up to 30 days prior to trip departure.

All trips cancelled less than 30 days before the confirmed departure dates are subject to our cancellation policy. 

​

No shows/No communication will be treated as cancellations and will incur 100% cancellation fees.

​

Kindly note we do not offer any cash refunds for trips cancelled , however, if you do cancel 30 days before your trip we offer a transfer of your balance towards a new experience or destination.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable however your payments are protected when cancelling– you can always hold your payments as a credit or transfer to a future trip of your choice when making a cancellation.

Payments made after your deposit:

Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

Cancellations made after 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

WHY CAN’T I CANCEL FOR A FULL REFUND?

We understand that plans may change, but as soon as we book a destination, costs are already incurred. Once you hit “book now”, we are paying deposits to hold your spot with the accommodations, vendors and everything else to make sure you have an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as payments made via PayPal and/or Apple Pay accounts.

Although we will do our best to keep the schedule as you see here, travel does require flexibility. Schedules and itineraries are subject to changes, but even if something has to be changed or adjusted, we promise you’ll have a great time!
